  • About tax free shopping

    If your shipping address is located outside the European Union, you can shop at our store tax-free. In practise, this means that :

    1. When you complete check out, the system won't add European VAT (sales tax) to your order. Taxes are calculated (i.e. 0 % if you are located outside the E.U.) after entering the shipping address and selecting a shipping option. Before these steps, you may see VAT included prices.
    2. Your order will be shipped to your address outside the European Union (mandatory)

    Note: by law, your total order amount (goods + shipping) has to be minimum 50 Euros VAT included or 41.32 Euros net of VAT.We will contact you if this is not the case and help you reach the required amount.

    Note for U.S. customers: you are entitled to import up to 800 USD of foreign goods per shipment without paying import duties.

    This VAT deduction is not a "discount", you will also be able to use discount codes on checkout.

    All prices shown on our website are quoted in EURO and shown both including  VAT and referred to as "INCL.VAT" (E.U. orders) or net of VAT referred to as "EXCL.VAT", visitors from outside the European Union will only see the net of VAT price (tax free).

    Important note: in all cases, the checkout system will apply the correct prices and taxes once the customer has confirmed the shipping address and shipping method.

    If you are based within the European Union, but outside Belgium and have a valid European VAT number, you may purchase net of VAT based on intra-community rules. This is not an automatic process:

    - We will send you a VAT excluded invoice with a link to our payment system once we have validated your VAT number in the VIES database.

    For the convenience of our users, we offer a currency conversion functionality. The exchange rates used in this functionality are obtained from the xe.com website twice daily. They are offered for information purposes only.

    All aspects of the purchase process take place and are finalised in EURO, including payment and refunds.

    Our tax free shopping process only covers European VAT on the goods purchased, any import costs or taxes due in the buyer's country are their sole responsibility.
