Returns policy

Important Note:Please contact us as soon as possible before returning your order. This will help ensure that the process runs smoothly.

A. If you live in the European Union, you have the right to return your purchase  within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (initial cost of goods + standard shipping) if you are a private individual (i.e. not a company or independent).

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging (the product packaging not the original shipping box).
  2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as a completed return form (either the template which is available on our website or an equivalent).
  3. Nomasol SPRL will issue a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation and of the returned goods, using the payment method you used for your purchase and in Euros. We will delay issuing the refund until we have received the goods and inspected them.
  4. Once we have received the returned items and have inspected them, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and, if compliant, that we are issuing the refund.
  5. To return your product, you should mail it to:  Nomado Business Solutions SPRL if you bought it from our store, 14 Drève du Tumulus, Villers-la-Ville 1495, Belgium.
  6. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a service including signature on receipt and if the goods have a high value, insurance.
  7. If you wish to return a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a brief description of the problem and a picture of the defect. We will get back to you within 24 hours to request further information or, if possible, already offer a solution.


B. We regret that we are unable to accept returns:

1. from outside of the European Union, due to the fact that the goods will have to clear customs again on re-entering the European Union. Please contact us before purchasing if you need more information on a product, we will be happy to help you make the right decision. 

2. for custom, special and pre-orders, since the item(s) will have been reserved, ordered and/or made specifically for the customer. We recommend contacting us before ordering, we will be happy to help you make the right decision. We do not accept cancellations for preorders.

3. of goods which have been used, marked, waxed or any other act that means that they are no longer new and unused.

4. that are for goods or services not purchased from our store (www.nomadostore.com). This includes all goods and services purchased from other stores that are completely unrelated legally or otherwise with our company (Nomado Business Solutions/Nomasol) such as : www.nomados.nl, https://www.baum-kuchen.net, https://www.nomadsclothing.com, https://nomadshop.net, https://nomads-international.com/nomads-store, https://www.nomadboutique.com, https://nomadsupplystore.com, https://nomadgoods.com, https://shopnomads.com, https://nomadoutdoor.com, https://nomadwatchworks.com, https://nomadconceptstore.com, https://www.nomadfootwear.com, https://www.normado.com/, etc..

Goods sent to us, which were not purchased from our store, will be held for 10 days and then donated to charity if the sender has not collected them.

Note: we are a small company (not a giant like Amazon!), despite having limited human resources we do our utmost to offer the best possible customer service. We would rather spend 30 minutes with you on the phone or by e-mail answering your questions and helping you choose the perfect item than spending the same amount of time handling a returned order.
