A sublime all-leather shoulder bag entirely handcrafted by the designer in Yokohama, Japan.

Yasue Tsuchihira personally selects the hides that are used to make these exquisite creations. Due to the laborious manufacturing process (entirely by hand), only a very limited number of these bags are made each year.

The design brief for this model was to create a bag which was extremely comfortable to carry, supple and as lightweight as possible, made from carefully selected materials offering an agreeable tactile experience and made using as little metal as possible. Aesthetically speaking, these beautiful bags are a model of carefully thought out simplicity, typical of .urukust designs.

The extremely high quality leather used for the main part of the bag feels chunky and very supple, the hides selected by Tsuchihira-san also offer interesting textures which enhance the bag's appearance.

There is no other layer between the leather shell and the lovely pure linen lining to ensure that the bag remains supple.

The well-dimensioned shoulder strap is just the right width to help spread the load comfortably without being bulky. Made from a different leather to the main body which is more adapted to use on a strap, it is also dyed in a subtly contrasting colour which matches the rest of the bag beautifully.

The inner lining is made from a pleasantly tactile pure linen (one of .urukust's signature materials) and includes a large secure zipped pocket and 2 smaller ones on the opposite side.

About .Urukust leather:
All of their leather is natural. As a result, it has varying textures and may have slight blemishes, unevenness of color, or wrinkles.

Product Care:
All leather used in their products is processed without pigments in order to feature the genuine leather's character, without hiding natural blemishes and color variation.

Please note that it tends to stain with water or sweat and may discolour. When it comes into contact with water, wipe it off with a dry, soft cloth immediately and air dry. When a water stain lingers, wet a soft cloth, wring out excess moisture, and gently wipe around the stain to make it less noticeable.

Minor scratches will become unnoticeable with use. You can apply an appropriate amount of leather cream if you like. It's not necessary to apply excessive oil since our leather already contains plenty. Only when the surface looks dry, apply leather cream. Wiping it off with a dry, soft cloth is sufficient as daily maintenance.
