Our company is located in Belgium, our brick and mortar store ("No108") is located just outside Brussels in the town of La Hulpe. The store is located 20 minutes from Brussels City and Zaventem international airport and is easy to get to by car or public transport (bus or train).

No108 currently opens from Thursday to Saturday 11:30 AM to 6 PM or on other days by appointment.

The delivery dates we mention for pre orders are always estimated, based on input from the supplier. We have no control on the actual date, this is the manufacturer's responsibility. Please note that pre-orders are only refundable if the manufacturer officially confirms they are unable to supply the goods, we do not otherwise accept cancellations for preorders.

We currently offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Bancontact/Mistercash, Maestro, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal. All non-Paypal methods are offered through the highly secure Shopify/Stripe platform. 

We believe very strongly in respecting your privacy. We do not have access to or keep your payment data (it is handled securely by our payment partners). Customers with a shipping address in the European Union have to pay 21% VAT (sales tax) on their purchases.

If you are not based in the European Union and we ship your order to your home country, you do not have to pay 21% VAT on your purchases. Minimum 50 euros VAT included full order amount required by law.

Note: prices in our store are displayed Incl.VAT (including VAT for E.U. customers) AND exVAT (net of VAT) for non-E.U. customers. Please see our information page for details.

Our system will display prices net of VAT when you check out after you input your shipping address, the process is automatic.

All our products are in stock unless otherwise indicated, in which case you can ask to be contacted when the item is back in stock or pre-order if available.

We are official resellers of all the products we sell in our store. You can usually find us listed on the supplier's website or contact them for confirmation. All of the products we sell are genuine and brand new.

Yes, gift wrapping is free of charge, just leave us a note on checkout.

We try to ship worldwide, however there may be some exceptions. Please contact us if you need information on shipping to your country.

We usually ship within 24 hours on week days, please check our shipping page for more detailed information. Orders shipped by BPost or Outlet items may ship slightly later.
