Roterfaden Taschenbegleiter SO_20 (dark olive) B6 size

The SO_20 is not only one of the most luxurious Taschenbegleiters, designer Beate Mangrig also spent a long time optimising the functionality.

New elastic closure.

The specially selected vegetable tanned chrome-free leather was awarded with the german “Blue Angel” certificate for environmental friendliness. It it is produced by a german tannery and is a beautiful combination of a nubuck- and an aniline leather with a very soft look and feel. A slight surface polish and the injection of natural oils and waxes as a finishing touch result in an exciting “matte-yet-glossy” effect. A lively leather with a visible natural character.

Incredibly well made (in Germany) and very hard-wearing, we have seen 10-year old Taschenbegleiters, still going strong and looking fantastic. Roterfaden will repair them and offers a replacement service for worn out parts, such as elastics on geriatric Taschenbegleiters.

The clips are the heart of the system:

1 — Lift upper and lower clips.
2 — Insert booklet or loose papers.
3 — Close clips. Done.

Robust: stainless steel made in Germany
Flexibility: can hold ROTERFADEN booklets as well as sketches, brochures, magazines, passports and exercise books to name just a few alternatives.
No need to punch holes in them.
The clips are easy to open (lift) and close (lower) using just your fingertips.
Use clips as bookmarks: just insert them between the right pages.
Space-saving: The clips »disappear« between the pages. This makes much better use of available space compared to conventional ring bound organisers.

Note: due to the vegetable tanning process, the original texture of the hide is preserved, including marks. These marks are not manufacturing defects. This makes every S0_20 cover unique.
